toriI came across this very interesting recipe which i would like to share with you. It is extremely low in calories, fills up your stomach and is great for those on a diet.Let’s talk a bit about the 3 main ingredients of the dish.;Zucchini, cilantro and lime. 
Zucchini-This veggie is somewhat similar to torai or cucumber in India.It contains almost 95 percent water and is a wonderful source of vitamin C.One cup of raw zucchini has only 17 calories.So it is an ideal dieter’s food.
Cilantro– Our famous hara dhania, yes the green coriander is a part of this delicious dish.It is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin E and other nutrients.Cilantro holds a great importance in the Ayurveda where it is used for detoxification purposes.
Lime– Nimboo an extremely sour and refreshing fruit, is a excellent source of vitamin C and other minerals.

The recipe is a meal in itself and provides you with ample fibre.You can substitute zucchini with cucumber or torai in case it is unavailable. The best part of this recipe is that the nutrients stay intact as there is very little cooking involved.
