My name is Richa Vachaspati and iam a dietician by profession. I have my own practice in India. I consult all thoes eager to get healthy and fit.The Chinese call it Zen, the soul..where you belong. I would say for me it’s helping others to get healthy.Dedication and knowledge are the two tools i go by.I hope my blog clears out doubts, raises questions and gives out helpful information.

Please let me know if kutu is good as diet for thyroid patients.Iam a patient of thyroid for the last ten years.With time I have become severely osteoporotic.I find it very difficult t loose weight .Kindly advise

Iam heart patients having got stenting in three artieris of hearts whether Kuttu Ka Atta is beneficial for me. If so, how I can consume/eat it. ML Chawla

Kuttu atta is high in protein and fibre, i would suggest add a little to your chappati to gain its benefit.
